This project consisted of designing and constructing four (4) -28° beef carcass coolers, consisting of a precast concrete structure with insulated metal panel, divider walls and concrete curbs. Gleeson was responsible for all concrete work, precast erection, panel installation, finishes and millwright services to install rails, walking beams and switches. The project also included subcontracted work for roofing, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing.
